Check Account Details
Find out number of products, activated registers, and stores below:
1. At your BackOffice, under Settings, click on Plan Billing.
2. You will see the number of products, activated registers, and stores under the Subscription Details section.
3. You can subscribe to a plan, update your plan or credit card details, and make payments through the BackOffice as well.
Manage your Subscription
In your BackOffice Billing page, you will see the following sections:
1. Plan
This is where you can select the plan that you prefer to subscribe to.
There are Starter, Advanced, and Pro plans; and you may subscribe to one plan at a time.
Note: Only subscription upgrades are supported in the BackOffice. However, you may downgrade your plan by contacting our Customer Care team via Live Chat.
2. Add-On Store / Register Licenses
If you own a few outlets and/or have a number of cashiers in a shop, you may purchase add-ons such as the Extra Store License and the Extra Register License.
Notes:
The Extra Store License does not apply to the Starter plan.
Extra Store/Register Licenses cannot be removed from BackOffice. If you require assistance, feel free to contact our Customer Care team through Live Chat.
3. Additional Add-ons

Notes:
Please note that 3D Secure Authentication (3DS) is mandatory for all NEW credit card payments in StoreHub is to comply with regulatory requirements in Malaysia.
