As a Beep Delivery consumer, you may cancel an order that is made on Beepit.com or in Beep app on your own.
If your order fulfilled all the below criteria, you may cancel the order as you need:
- It is a delivery order
- It is an on-demand (immediate) order
- Its delivery method is StoreHub Automated Logistics
- There is no rider found for the order yet (order status = looking for rider)
Note: This feature is currently available for Malaysia only.
How to Cancel Order on Beepit.com / in Beep App
After placing an order, you may cancel it before a rider is assigned to deliver the order.
On Beepit.com > Thank You page > Order Details, press 'CANCEL ORDER'.
At Beep app > Order History > Order Details (click into the order), press 'CANCEL ORDER'.
Select a cancellation reason, then press 'CANCEL ORDER'.
If you have selected 'Others', you will be required to key in the reason on your own before proceeding.
You will then be directed to this page on Beepit.com / in Beep app where you will see the confirmation message for your order cancellation.
The order will be fully refunded to the you through the original payment source.
You will also receive a confirmation SMS message as soon as your order is cancelled.
