StoreHub accounts that are activated with online banking will be temporarily suspended when a subscription term ends.
You may renew your subscription before the current term ends to avoid account deactivation.
Note: This feature does not apply for StoreHub accounts with credit card as they will renew automatically.
Your subscription of the next term cannot be edited at your BackOffice if your account is currently active. If you need to change your subscription for the next term, please contact StoreHub.
How to Renew your StoreHub Subscription?
In the BackOffice, go to Settings > Billing > Plans > Payment, click 'Renew Subscription'.
④ Select payment method
At 'Online banking', select a bank.
In Plan Summary, click 'Renew Subscription'.
When the Payment Confirmation pops up, make sure the details are correct, then click 'Confirm Payment'.
Login to your online banking account to complete the payment.
Once the payment is completed, click 'Return to merchant'.
Your ORDER STATUS will show 'Successful' once the payment is completed.
That is it, your account is now renewed!
