You can feature your promotions on Beepit.com and in the Beep App! This article will guide you on how to create a Promotion, and have it meet the requirements to be featured on Beepit.com and the Beep app.
i) How to Feature a Promotion on Beep
You are able to feature your own promotions on Beep following the steps below.
Note: Currently, merchant promos can only be featured on the Beep Menu.
At BackOffice, go to Promotions > Manage Promotions > + New Promotion (or click into existing Promotions)
Note: A promo is only eligible to be displayed on the Beep Menu page when it meets the requirements below.
- General > Apply to Stores
- Must be: All Stores
- General > Apply to Channel
- Must select at least one of these: Beep Delivery / Beep Pick Up / Beep Takeaway / Beep Dine In. Also, POS and Online Store CANNOT be selected.
- General > Enable
- Checked (ticked)
- Promotion Time > Start Date
- Must be today
- Note: Cannot schedule on later date
- Discount > Require Specific Product Purchase
- Unchecked (not ticked)
- Discount > Apply To
- Must be either of these: All Orders / Orders over or Equal to
Hit 'Save' once done.
After a promotion is successfully created / edited (saved), if the promotion created is ELIGIBLE to be displayed on Beep, you will see this message at Promotions > Manage Promotions.
Clicking on 'Online Store > Beep Profile > Feature a Promotion' will redirect the you to the Beep Profile page.
If the promotion created is NOT ELIGIBLE to be displayed on Beep, you will encounter the below warning instead.

Note: Even if a promo is not eligible to be displayed on a Beep Menu, it will still be a valid promo to be used.
When hovered to the info button, you will see the unfulfilled criteria highlighted in red.
Go to Online Store > Beep Profile > Feature Promotions, select the promotion(s) to be featured on Beep, then Save.
ii) What Does the Featured Promotion Look Like?
Currently, featured promotions will be displayed as a banner on the Store menu only.
