Introduction
The process of finding a new Rider for deliveries is now fully automated and coordinators no longer need to intervene to help you find a new Rider for delivery, provided your customer's order has not been picked up until after 30 minutes have passed from the time the order was placed.
For a period of under 30 minutes only, our system will proceed with finding a Rider for the order. At the 30 minute mark, the Beep order will be automatically cancelled.
These cancelled orders will generate an SMS sent to your customers, along with a full refund.
Here's what the SMS would say:
"Sorry! We can't find a rider for your order now due to high volume. RM #{amount} has been fully refunded to you."
StoreHub will only step in to proceed with finding a Rider if the previous assigned Rider was cancelled.
Pre-Orders will not currently be affected by this 30 minute auto-cancellation.
Please contact StoreHub to inform us of your decision to not have your orders automatically-cancelled after 30 minutes.
Terms & Conditions
i. Responsibility of fulfilling the order will be up to you (merchant) after 30 minutes.
ii. Your customers will NOT be notified regarding any delays; it is up to you (merchant) to manage your customers' expectations
iii. Merchants who wish to self-deliver the order will need to notify StoreHub via live chat in order to get the cost of the delivery fee returned to you.
iv. Orders that are not marked as delivered by the end of the day (at 9pm) will be cancelled and refunded to your customer.
