Introduction
The Add Note feature allows you to note down more information regarding the item.
You can use this feature to explain why a discount was given or add more details to an order, such as ‘less spicy’ or ‘more ice’.
On your Android Register, tap on an item > where it says Notes & Quantity, type in your notes (as per the screenshot below):
This is what the kitchen order sheet and half receipt would look like:
Please ensure Show Notes of Ordered Items is Ticked at: BackOffice > Settings > Receipt Templates > ensure Show Notes of Ordered Items is ticked and the Store is assigned to the respective receipt template:
You can export the All Transactions report to CSV > Tick Sold Items and you will be able to see the notes added to the transaction on the Register in the exported CSV file as well:
