Introduction
We've launched our Beep: Food Delivery app for iOS and Android consumers!
This app is currently available for Malaysia only.
This mobile app allows both iOS and Android consumers to place food delivery/pickup/dine-in/takeaway orders. Say goodbye to visiting each and every store's beepit.com URL to place orders!

How does it work?
Ready to see how it all works? Let's get started!
1. Logging in:
i) Install the Beep app.
ii) Login.
Step 1.
Press ‘Login’ at Cashback History/Order History/Profile tab.
Step 2.
Insert the mobile number, then tap ‘Continue’.
Step 3.
Enter the OTP.
Note: Consumers are able to browse the ‘Home’ tab without logging in, but it is compulsory to login to check out.
Step 4.
Complete the Profile.
Name and Email Address are required fields.
Note: A ‘Customer’ will be created at your (the merchant's) BackOffice as soon as a consumer places an order with the store. Do note that only the mobile number will be captured.
If this step is skipped, the details can be updated at 'Profile' tab later.
Step 5.
[Optional] View ‘Cashback History’ and ‘Order History’.
Note: Orders made before the Beep app is launched will appear automatically.
2. Placing an order:
a. Delivery
i) Insert Delivery Address at ‘Deliver To’.
Note: Consumers need to allow location access to let the Beep app use their current location:
ii) Select Store.
Step 1.
Browse for a desired store through the:
- Search bar
- Category icons
- Marketing banners (campaigns)
- Recommended places
- Restaurants delivering nearby
Step 2.
Select a store.
iii) Select item(s).
iv) Place Order.
Step 1.
Press ‘Order Now’.
Step 2.
Add a promo code/voucher.
Step 3.
Press ‘Pay’.
v) Insert ‘Delivery Details’ and ‘Continue.
Note: ‘Delivery Time & Address’ cannot be changed to be different; it must be the same address selected at the ‘Home’ page.
vi) Select a ‘Payment’ and ‘Pay Now’.
vii) Track the order.
Note: Track Order function is not available for deliveries by merchants (own logistics).
viii) [Optional] Report issue
Note: This feature is limited for orders fulfilled by StoreHub Automated Logistics only.
Step 1.
Go into an order from the 'Order History' tab.
Step 2.
Select 'Report Issue'.
Step 3.
Select a report reason, then submit.
b. Pickup
i) Search for a store that offers ‘Self Pickup’ via:
- Search bar
- Category icons
- Marketing banners (campaigns)
- Recommended places
Note: For ‘Restaurants Delivering Nearby’, consumers need to click into each store to check if pickup is supported.
ii) Select Store.
Step 1.
Select store.
Step 2.
Select 'Pickup Time & Date' and Continue.
iii) Select item.
iv) Place Order.
Step 1.
Press ‘Order Now’.
Step 2.
Add a promo code/voucher.
Step 3.
Press ‘Pay’.
v) Insert ‘Pickup Details’ and ‘Continue’.
vi) Select a ‘Payment’ and ‘Pay Now’.
c. Dine-in
i) Allow the Beep app to access your mobile's camera.
ii) Select item.
iii) Press ‘Order Now’.
iv) Press ‘Pay’.
v) Insert ‘Customer Details’ and ‘Continue’.
vi) Select a ‘Payment’ and ‘Pay Now’.
d. Takeaway
i) Allow the Beep app to access your mobile's camera.
ii) Tap on any item.
iii) Select ‘Pickup’ and ‘Continue’.
iv) Select item.
v) Press ‘Order Now’.
vi) Press ‘Pay’.
vii) Insert ‘Pickup Details’ and ‘Continue’.
viii) Select a ‘Payment’ and ‘Pay Now’.
