Beep Delivery: Order Statuses Explained

Find out the definitions of order statuses for Beep Delivery below!

► Immediate Order + StoreHub's Logistics Program

✦ Pending Acceptance
☞ All orders will be automatically Accepted. When you have new Order, it will immediately enter the next stage, which is Finding Rider.

✦ Finding Rider
☞ If an order has been accepted, our system will automatically start locating a rider for you using our 3rd party logistics network.

✦ Rider Found
☞ If you have a kitchen printer set up, the order will be sent to the kitchen via your kitchen printer once a rider is found.

☞ If no kitchen receipt was printed, there might be a printer connection error. Please check your printer settings/connection. To reprint, you can tap Resend to kitchen.

✦ Pending Pick Up
☞ Your kitchen receipt has successfully been printed and order is ready to be picked up! Once your rider arrives, you need to MANUALLY change the status of the order to “Picked Up”. This will trigger an SMS notification to your customer.

✦ Picked Up
☞ You’re done! The order is now on its way to your customer.

✦ Delivered
☞ Once your rider clicks Job Completed on their rider app, it will change the status to “Delivered”.

Note: This status will be reflected at BackOffice and Register (applies for iOS only).

✦ Pending Acceptance
☞ All orders will be automatically Accepted. When you have new Order, it will immediately enter the next stage which is Rider Found.

Coming soon : You have the option to manually Accept Order / Cancel Order for each orders.

✦ Rider Found
