It's never been easier to attach files, pictures and videos for our Customer Care team.
Follow the steps below to get started!
Key in your BackOffice URL [accountname.storehubhq.com] using your browser (e.g Google Chrome, Safari).
Log in to your BackOffice with your email and password.
Click on the Chat bubble.
Tap on 'Contact us'.
Tap your preferred method of contact.
(Live chat or send an email)
Select a department to contact, type in your message and tap 'Start chat'.
Tap on the paperclip icon at the bottom left corner to attach Files, Pictures or Videos.
