To update to the latest StoreHub App version, please follow the instructions in this guide.
Note: Please DO NOT delete / uninstall your existing StoreHub app. If you delete the app, the sales data that has not yet been synced to your BackOffice will be lost and cannot be recovered.
How to Update your StoreHub App
Perform a manual sync before you update your app to safeguard your data.
You can do this by going to the hamburger menu > tap Sync > tap the orange 'Sync Again' button.
On your iPad, select the Apple App Store.
Then, search for 'StoreHub'.
Make sure you ‘pull down’ to refresh the app store if you do not see the option to update the app.
Select StoreHub then click the 'update' button next to StoreHub App.
Your StoreHub App will begin updating. Once complete, load the app from your iPad Home screen.
Then select the Menu icon in the top left corner, then select Settings. You'll see the newest version number after updating (the example below is not the latest version).
