Change Delivery Address
Customer CAN contact the rider to request and negotiate additional fees (if required).
CANCEL the order and PLACE a new order again with the correct delivery address.
Delivery Address OUT OF RANGE but went through loophole - (e.g. keyed in address that is within range but leaves a note to deliver to out-of-range address)
Merchant can arrange own delivery.
Cancel the order and refund (if goods were not prepared).
Delivery will not happen and no refund will be provided. Customer can opt to self-pickup.
Amend Order Details (eg. change item / change address / change delivery timing)
1. Cancel order and place a new order with the correct order details.
