"I want to change my delivery address..."
The customer CAN contact the rider to request and negotiate additional fees (if required).
CANCEL the order and PLACE a new order again with the correct delivery address.
"My delivery address is out of range, but I went through a loophole..."
(e.g. I keyed in an address that is within range but left a note to deliver to an out-of-range address)
The merchant can arrange their own delivery.
Cancel the order and receive a refund (if goods were not prepared).
Delivery will not happen and no refund will be provided. The customer can opt to self-pickup.
"I want to amend my order details..."
(e.g. change item / change address / change delivery timing)
Cancel the order and place a new order with the correct order details.
