Beep Delivery Procedures for Customers
I want to change my Delivery Address
Option 1:
Consumer CAN contact the rider to request and negotiate additional fees (if required).
Option 2:
CANCEL the order and PLACE a new order again with the correct delivery address.
My Delivery Address is Out of Range, but I went through a loophole
(e.g. I keyed in an address that is within range but left a note to deliver to an out-of-range address)
Option 1:
Merchant can arrange their own delivery.
Option 2:
Cancel the order and refund (if goods were not prepared).
Option 3:
Delivery will not happen and no refund will be provided. Consumer can opt to self-pickup.
Amend Order Details
(e.g. change item / change address / change delivery timing)
Cancel the order and place a new order with the correct order details.
