How to Enable Pre-Order
Note: Before you start, please ensure the StoreHub app version for your Register is up-to-date.
At BackOffice > Beep QR Order, toggle ON Enable Pre-Order for Beep Delivery.
What Does a Pre-Order Look Like?
(A) At BackOffice
☞ At Online Store > Order Management, you may find the transaction as well as the pick-up date that your customer has selected.
(B) On Register
☞ All Pre-orders will be automatically accepted.
☞ On actual delivery date, Pre-orders will show up on your Register (Transactions > Online).
☞ Pre-order status will change from Pre Order to Rider Found or Pending Pick Up 25 minutes before the chosen delivery slot.
E.g. if a Pre-order is made for 12PM - 1PM delivery slot, the order status will change at around 11:35AM.
☞ The chosen delivery slot can be found in the Notes of each Pre-order.
☞ Pre-order IDs run from 0000 to 9999 and are reset everyday.
☞ Pre-order IDs typically start with the letter P and followed by the day order was placed.
E.g. P1 - Monday; P2 - Tuesday, etc.
How to Get Notified for Pre-Orders
☞ Download SH Manager mobile application from App Store or Play Store.
☞ You will receive notifications when:
- a pre-order is placed
- it is the day for delivery
Getting Ready for Pre-Orders
(A) Logistics Program by StoreHub
☞ Instead of waiting for the Pre-order dockets to be printed, you may print them out at the start of the day to get things ready ahead.
☞ It is an optional action as the dockets will be printed automatically around 25 minutes before the delivery / pick-up slots.
(B) Delivery by Merchant / Pick-up by Customer
☞ You are required to click Send to Kitchen to print receipt and kitchen docket for an order before the delivery / pick-up fulfilment time.
☞ This allows you to decide when to prepare the food according to your rider’s availability.
☞ You may also choose to print all order docket at the beginning of the day.
