How to Get Started with Beep Delivery

(A) Understanding Beep Delivery
Step 1.
We've prepared a series of videos to help you understand what Beep Delivery is about.
Watch them HERE.
Step 1.
Go to BackOffice > Settings > Account > F&B, look for Enable Beep Delivery and toggle it on.
When ‘Enable Beep Delivery' is toggled on, ‘Enable Beep QR Ordering’ will be automatically turned on as well.
If you do not use Beep QR Order for dine-in and/or takeaway, you may leave 'Enable Beep QR Ordering' on nevertheless.
Step 2.
Scroll to Beep Settings, decide if you want to sell alcohol and/or pork for Beep Delivery.
Step 1.
Create Products for your Beep Delivery menu at BackOffice > Products > Manage Products.
Make sure at Online Info tab, Sell Online and Sell on Beep are checked (ticked).
Step 2.
Create Collections to categorise the products at BackOffice > Online Store > Store Appearance > Collection.
If you have an existing iPad Layout for your Register, you may choose to import the Collections from the iPad Layout.
Otherwise, create new Collections specifically for your Beep Delivery menu.
While adding a Collection, you will need to:
- Select a Channel
- Apply to Stores
- Give the Collection a Title
- Select Conditions and Products
- The Conditions can be Products of a Category, Products with Tags or Specific Products
- Specify whether your products must match All Conditions or Any Conditions
- When you select All Conditions, you're telling the system that each and every Condition you set must be met in order for the product to appear in that Collection.
- When you select Any Condition, you're telling the system that any of the Conditions you set will trigger the product(s) to appear in that Collection.
Enable the Collections for them to appear in Beep Menu.
Note: You are limited to 100 Collections at any one time, but we recommend having 8 Collections for easier navigation of your menu.
Step 3.
At BackOffice > Settings > Bank Accounts, insert your banking details for payout purposes.
Step 4.
Set delivery rates for your Beep Delivery orders.
Step 5.
Go to BackOffice > Settings > Stores, choose a store > General, then ensure these details are filled:

- Insert Brand Name - Location of your store under Store Name

- Phone
If you do not have a Store yet, add a new Store.
Step 6.
At BackOffice > Settings > Stores > Sell Online, select the Fulfilment Method for your store:
- Delivery
- In-store Pickup
Scroll to Google Map Address Location, search and select the exact location of your store.
Step 7.
Insert your Store Name at Online Store > Store Setup > Store Contact.
Keep the Store Name to the name of your store only.
E.g. |
Step 8.
To display your Store Logo in Beep Menu, you may upload the Logo at Online Store > Store Appearance > Logo & Banner.
Step 9.
Add a Kitchen Printer at Settings > Account > F&B, to print dockets for Beep Delivery orders.
Note: For Android users, do NOT select Receipt Printer at Print Order Summary To.
