How to Get Started with Beep Delivery
Note: Before you start, please ensure the iOS or Android version for your Register is up-to-date.
Use your smart phone to scan the QR Code below OR click this link to fill an interest form.
In the interest form, key in your store details including the following:
- Operating Hours for Delivery
- Delivery Fees
After submitting the interest form, go to your BackOffice > Settings > Stores, choose the Store that Beep Delivery will be applied to and then ensure these details are filled:
- Store Address (Street Address)
- Contact Number (Phone)
At the BackOffice > Online Store > Store Setup > Payment, insert your banking details:
- Bank Accounts
Head to BackOffice > Settings > Account > F&B > Enable Beep QR Ordering and select Yes.
Return to BackOffice > Settings > Stores > Sell Online, and then select both of the Product Fulfilment methods:
- In-store Pickup
Create Collections at your BackOffice > Online Store > Store Appearance > Collection.
Collections created here will become your Beep Menu titles.
Create, search and drag to reorder collections and toggle to enable/disable collections. When you create a new collection, give it a title.
By clicking into the title of the Collections you made, you can set up some conditions for the product and specify whether your products must match All Conditions or Any Conditions.
The conditions are: Products of a Category, Products with Tags and Specific Products.
When you select All Conditions, you're telling the system that each and every Condition you set must be met in order for the product to appear in that Collection.
When you select Any Condition, you're telling the system that any of the Conditions you set will trigger the product(s) to appear in that Collection.
Note: You are limited to 100 Collections at any one time, but we recommend having 8 Collections for easier navigation of your menu.
If you have chosen All Conditions, you will need to add Category and Tags for your Products at Products > Manage Products.
Instead of adding Category and Tags for your Products one-by-one, you may also edit Products in bulk.
At Products > Manage Products, select a Product you want to include in the Beep Menu, edit the info to be displayed on the Beep Menu:
- Online Product Name
- Product Description
- Product Images
You may also set a validity period (time and date) for your Products here.
Tip: If you have trouble uploading product images, do try using Google Chrome to login to your BackOffice and then upload your photo.
To display your Store Logo in the Beep Menu, you may upload the Logo at Online Store > Store Appearance > Logo & Banner.
