How Does StoreHub's Logistics Program Work
Currently, our logistics program is powered by GoGet, Lalamove, Teleport and MrSpeedy to facilitate deliveries for your Beep orders.
The perks of this program are:
☞ Over 16,000 riders network to be assigned for delivery jobs
☞ Available logistics bot that can automatically create, manage and cancel jobs across all delivery partners based on a complex list of criteria (delivery time, price, size of order, halal/non-halal, weather, etc) to find the best rider for your order
☞ Riders' service quality is constantly checked via quality assessments, disqualified riders will be blacklisted and eliminated
☞ Delivery vehicle upgrades (bikes to cars/vans) to account for large order sizes and weather conditions
☞ Guaranteed refunds on damaged orders
☞ Automated rebooking for cancelled jobs
How Much are the Charges
The charges vary depending on the distance from the pick-up point (your store) to the drop-off destination (customer's place).
You may refer to the estimated delivery fees by distance in the following table.
We recommend to set the delivery fee for delivery radius below 5KM at RM9, which will be payable by your customers.
If the delivery costs lesser than RM9, we will return the balance to you during weekly payout; and if the delivery fee exceeds RM9, the excess will be deducted from the weekly payout.
Note: Radius is the estimated coverage: Where it’s a straight line coordinates from Point A (MERCHANT) to Point B (END USER/CONSUMER).
Due to variable factors, such as rain, road blocks and so on. Depending on the factors, the delivery route may vary and also my result in a longer or shorter route and delivery time as it is an ESTIMATED route from Point A (MERCHANT) to Point B (END USER/CONSUMER)

What is the Delivery Coverage
We currently support delivery within Klang Valley, Penang, and Johor.
The covered Klang Valley areas are:
- Petaling Jaya
- Kuala Lumpur
- Subang Jaya
- Batu Caves
- Sungai Buloh
- Seri Kembangan
- Shah Alam
Note: Self pick-up by customers is available at all locations.
The recommended radius between your Store and the delivery destination is within 10KM.
Delivery distance is unlimited within the delivery radius that you have set.
For example, the radius from Subang Jaya to Petaling Jaya is smaller than 5KM, but the distance between these two locations can go up to 20KM.
When is Delivery Available
The best delivery period in a day would be from 9AM to 9PM, you may also adjust the timeframe based on your operating hours or delivery service's availability.
The average time for your customers to receive their orders is around an hour.
