This article will guide you on how your customers can place their orders via Beep Delivery (for all countries except Malaysia).
Note: If you're operating your F&B store in Malaysia and have Beep Delivery enabled, your customers can use the Beep app!
How Customers Place Orders on the Beep Sites
Visit the Beep Menu on a smart phone through your Beep Menu URL.
Select an item, select order Preference (Delivery or Pickup).
If Delivery is selected, input delivery location in Deliver To
Then, pick a delivery slot (immediate or pre-order) and Continue.
If Pickup is selected, select a Store.
Note: If you have only one (1) Store for Beep Delivery, this step will skip automatically.
Then, choose the delivery slot (immediate or pre-order) and then press Continue.
Pick a product and then press ADD TO CART to confirm the selection.
Press Order Now.
Add a Note (optional), add Promo Code or Voucher Code (if any) to the order and then press Pay.
For Pickup order, press Continue.
For Delivery orders, insert these delivery details and then press Continue:
- Mobile Number
- Address Details
- Note to Driver (optional)
Insert a One-Time Password (OTP) as soon as it is received.
Select a Payment Option, then press Pay Now.
You customer will receive an SMS notification once the order is successfully placed.
