Finding out the status of your printer's connection on your iPad may sound tricky, but it can now be easily done on your iPad in just a few taps!
Note: This feature is available for iPadOS users only.
Diagnose Printer Connectivity on iPad
In the StoreHub App, go to Settings > Printer, tap Search Printers.
Make sure all printers appear in the list, then press Diagnose.
The App will start to run a list of things to check if the printer connection is okay.
The list consists of:
☞ Checking permission settings
☞ Checking WiFi settings
☞ Fetching Internet info
☞ Fetching current network info
☞ Checking connectivity between Router and POS
☞ Checking the connection of each Printer
☞ Check completed
When every item is checked (✓), it means the connection is all good!
When there is a connectivity issue, you would find a red cross sign (✗) next to the list item.
