Diagnose Printer Connectivity on iPad
Finding out how well is your printer's connectivity on your iPad may sound tricky, but it could now be easily done on your iPad with just a click away!
Note: This feature is available for iOS users only.
In StoreHub App, go to Settings > Printer, tap Search Printers.
Make sure all printers appear in the list, then press Diagnose.
The App will start to run a list of things to check if the printer connection is okay.
The list consists of:
☞ Checking permission settings
☞ Checking WiFi settings
☞ Fetching Internet info
☞ Fetching current network info
☞ Checking connectivity between Router and POS
☞ Checking the connection of each Printer
☞ Check completed
When every item is checked (✓), it means the connection is all good!
When there is a connectivity issue, you would find a red cross sign (✗) next to the list item.
