The StoreHub Manager App is the app to use for store owners to manage Beep Delivery orders, view real-time reports from your smartphone as well contact our Care team - without needing to log in to the BackOffice on a laptop/computer!
Note: The StoreHub Manager Application is available for users with BackOffice access only.
Download the StoreHub Manager App
Log in to the app
Sign in to StoreHub Manager with Store ID, Email and Password (same as BackOffice login credentials).
Manage Beep Delivery Orders
To view order details:
Tap on the specific order to see more details such as the item ordered, delivery time, customer details.
You can contact the customer if there are issues to fulfil the order, using the contact details stated.
Once the rider has picked up the food, you can view the details under History.
Note: History tab includes both completed delivery & pickup orders.
The Orders page has 3 tabs:
Mark Items as Unavailable
To mark items as unavailable:
Select Beep Menu. Your list of menu items are listed here.
Toggle the specific menu item you would like to edit or toggle the entire menu.
With the StoreHub Manager App, you (and if you allow them, management staff) are able view orders & sales in all branches.
Other users' access is the same as in the BackOffice (if they’re limited to only Store Location A, they can only view Store Location A).
View your Reports
Press the store icon.
Select all or one store.
[Optional] Select Report.
Press the hamburger button.
Select Daily Reports.
Select Date Range.
