So you've enabled Beep Cashback and set your cashback %.
Your customers have been earning cashback from their purchases and now... they want to redeem their cashback on their next purchase.
What do you do?
A) If your customer has enough cashback to spend on the entire purchase
If your customer has sufficient cashback to redeem for the entire purchase, it's simple.
Step 1. At the checkout screen, tap on "+"
Step 2. Ask your customer for the mobile number they used to claim their cashback with and key it in here.
Step 3. Select the customer's mobile number from the menu.
Step 4. Select "Store Credit" as a payment method to check out.
Step 5. Their cashback will automatically be deducted and you're done!
B) If your customer DOES NOT have enough cashback to spend on the entire purchase
If your customer has insufficient store credits, you'll see this Error message when you try to check out with Store Credit as your payment method.
If this happens, you can split the payment with Store Credits first, and then with cash / card / ewallets for the rest of the purchase.
How to split payments between Store Credit and other payment options
After you've completed Step 1-3 and added your customer's details to the purchase,
Step 4: Tap "Split"
Step 5: Apply their cashback first.
Key in the cashback total they would like to redeem.
