How to use Screen Share
Provide your email address, your store name and Android version to a Customer Care representative.
Once the Customer Care representative receives your approval, they will be able to see and draw on your screen. The Register can also be controlled remotely.
For example, our Customer Care representative can select products on your Register.
If you shared your screen and have ended the conversation with the agent, the screen sharing would stop.
