If you're having issues on your Register and need troubleshooting, you can allow our Customer Care representatives to see what's on your Register's screen, just by using your StoreHub app!
Before you begin, it's a good idea to make sure you're already communicating with one of our Customer Care representatives.

How to use Screen Share
On your StoreHub app, go to Settings > Support > Screen Share.
Provide the code that appears to the Customer Care representative (example below):
Once the Customer Care representative accepts the request, you'll then need to accept as well.
Click Accept to begin sharing your Register's screen.
Click Decline if you are not ready or do not wish to continue.
If you share your screen and have ended the conversation with the agent, you can return to Settings > Support > Screen Share and this time, press End.
