Sometimes, QR scans don't always work but you can still receive payments! To manually approve payments made via QR, please refer to the info below:
Manually approve QR payments
Your customer would scan the QR code as usual. If there is an issue when paying, head to Step 2.
First, tap on the ellipses icon (...) and then tap the Approve Manually button that appears.
A popup box will appear asking you to approve the payment manually. Type in your note regarding collecting the payment manually.
E.g. 'Paid RM50 in cash as payment didn't go through on POS'
The transaction will be marked as paid, and you'll return to the 'Total Paid' page as usual. From here, you can email or print a receipt.
You can search for the specific transaction and see its details in your BackOffice > Transactions > All Transactions.
You can view more info such as which cashier processed the order/transaction, as well as the date and time.
