Important Note

  • Enabling Beep Cashback will convert Store Credits to Cashback.

  • You cannot use Beep Cashback and Store Credits simultaneously.

  • Beep Cashback claims quota has been lifted temporarily starting from 11 March 2021, until further notice.


What is Beep Cashback?

Beep Cashback is an easy-to-use, fully integrated loyalty program for all merchants using StoreHub.

Using Beep Cashback gives your business several benefits (Click to expand)

1. Grow revenue automatically: Businesses that run a loyalty program generate 30% more sales than those that don't.

2. Build a strong customer database: Your customers' mobile phone numbers are automatically collected when they claim their cashback.

3. Easily engage with your customers via SMS: Send your customers promotions or entice them to return via SMS.


How to Enable Beep Cashback

There are 2 ways to enable Beep Cashback (for all products listed) in your BackOffice:

  • Option 1: Loyalty tab

  • Option 2: Danger Zone.

Option 1: Via the Loyalty Tab

1. Log in to your BackOffice, and go to BackOffice

2. Click on the Loyalty option

3. After that, click Enable Today


Option 2: Via the Danger Zone

1. Log in to your BackOffice, and click on the Settings Title Page.

2. At the Account Settings page, scroll down to Danger Zone.

3. Locate Enable Beep Cashback and click Enable.

4. A pop-up will appear to verify if this is what you want to do.

5. Type the word CASHBACK then click Enable.

6. Set the amount of Cashback you would like to give your customers.

Note: The minimum recommended Cashback is 5% (anything less and your customers may not be interested in scanning it to claim their Cashback!)

7. Set a limit on Cashback claims


How to Limit Beep Cashback Claims?

1. Next, you should limit the number of claims allowed for any customer in a single day.

2. In the next field, enter a number of your choosing, but we recommend 1-2 times per day.

3. Set a validity period for all Cashback that has been claimed.


How to Cashback Expiry Dates

1. In the next field, select from the options presented in the dropdown menu:

  • 3 months

  • 6 months

  • 9 months

  • 12 months

2. Click Save.

3. Go to your StoreHub POS app on your register and tap Sync.


How to Disable Beep Cashback?

1. Log in to your BackOffice and click in Settings title page.

2. On the Account Settings page, scroll down to Danger Zone.

3. Look for Disable Beep Cashback and click Disable.

4. When prompted, type DISABLE, then click Disable

Note: Once this step has been completed, your receipts will no longer contain your unique QR codes and your customers will not be able to earn new Cashback on new purchases.
