Step 1.
Log in to your BackOffice (if you have already signed up for a StoreHub account).
Step 2.
On the menu panel on the left of your BackOffice, you'll see Support.
Click on Feature Request.
Step 3.
You'll be brought to a new page. This is where to insert your feedback / feature requests.
Click on the orange Make a suggestion button to submit a request.
Under Suggested by others, you'll be able to keep track of the requests you want and also see requests made by others.

Your request is then submitted to our Product team for review.
Our approach to product feedback
We take our product seriously and welcome all feedback pertaining to it. We know that listening to ideas from customers, team members and prospects is essential for improving the product you use.
Your feedback will aid in identifying beneficial features, fresh ideas, weak spots, and opportunities to efficiently obtain more value from our product.
The benefits of providing product feedback
By taking the time to provide us feedback on our product, you would be contributing to our product's development over time.
All ideas are valued and considered, rather than logged away and forgotten!
How to provide your product feedback
Submitting your feedback is easy. From your BackOffice, you'll see a little widget that will open up or lead you to a full-fledged dashboard.
It's in this dashboard where you can submit feature requests, browse requests from others, and also prioritize requests. You can even view past releases & other features we have lined up.
What happens to your product feedback
All new requests are set to the Awaiting Feedback status, so that more people can vote, prioritize and provide us with information.
Every fortnight, our Product team gathers to discuss priority features and how these requests align with our own direction. The status of each request then gets updated in your feedback widget, notifying you of the outcome.
If we decide to carry out a feature request, the status will change to Planned or Building. The request will be added to our customer roadmap, which you'll see under the What's coming tab.
Users who have submitted or voted on a request will be notified when the status of that request is updated. An explanation of the status update will also be provided.
The feedback portal shows up-to-date information about our product and what we're building next.
If you reach out directly to our Support team, they'll be able to search the feedback and status for you, but they won't see any additional information or be able to provide an estimate for when your request is reviewed.
FAQs
How long will it be before the product team reviews my idea?
Feedback will be reviewed monthly; priority is given to the top requests and statuses will be updated where appropriate. Roadmapping meetings occur quarterly.
Please ensure your ideas are clear and concise so that other users can vote on it & prioritize. That way, we will know if a particular request is important to you.
My request hasn't been reviewed yet and I submitted it months ago. What should I do?
If we haven't reviewed your feedback yet and it is a high priority for you:
- Please ensure it's at the top of your priority list
- Please ensure your request is clear
