Financio is a free and easy to use accounting system that can be integrated with your StoreHub BackOffice.

How to integrate Financio with StoreHub
Contact our Customer Care team via live chat from your StoreHub app or BackOffice, email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone (+6016 299 2122).
Make a request for an API key for your Financio integration. Upon approval, the API key will be sent to your email address. Please wait for the API key before proceeding to Step 2.
Log in to your Financio account.
From the Financio menu, go to the Control Panel > Integrated Apps > at the StoreHub section, click Connect.
A popup will appear, called 'StoreHub Authentication'.
Key in your Store Name (as per your StoreHub BackOffice e.g. use 'financiotest' if your BackOffice is on financiotest.storehubhq.com) and the API Token which you would have received from StoreHub (see Step 1.) and then click Save:
A 'StoreHub Integration' popup would appear > go to the Sync tab (as per the example image below).
Tick/untick the details you want to sync.
Select the accounts you'd like to use for StoreHub Cash Type and StoreHub Credit Card Type payments.
The sync will initialise and a notification will alert you once the sync is complete.
If the sync was successful, you'll be notified in a Sync Completed popup:
To set up an auto-sync option, click the Auto-Sync tab. Here, you can choose a time for Financio to automatically sync data between your StoreHub account and your Financio account.
Choose a time, then click Save.
Note: the Auto-Sync is set to sync at 12am by default.
Where are my transactions?
Transactions made via StoreHub are synced and show up as a Journal Entry in your Financio account.
Transactions in your StoreHub BackOffice will be found in your BackOffice > Transactions > All Transactions.
