StoreHub allows you to refund your customers. You can easily keep track of items returned by customers, and restock your inventory.
How to Process a Manual Return
Sign in to the StoreHub app using your 4-digit PIN.
Tap the shortcut menu (...) button.
Tap Manual Return.
Select the item(s) to manually refund from the Register screen.
Tap the total amount in red at the bottom of the screen.
Select the method of the refund (cash, card etc).
Select the reason for refund. If the reason is not listed, you can tap Other and type your reason.
Tap Continue once you’re done.
The item has now been refunded.
