If the mall you're operating in does not support public IP FTP address (meaning it runs on an intranet FTP), you should be able to complete the integration with the mall via the following method, so do read on!
How to set up Mall Integration via Dual WAN Setup
Please follow these steps in order:
Open any web browser on a device that is in the same network.
In the URL / web address bar, type in the IP address of your current router.
On most ASUS routers sold by StoreHub within Malaysia, it is usually 10.1.2.1.
Then hit 'Enter' or 'Search' on your keyboard.
Note: You may have a different IP address on your router.

By default, the username is admin

Once you're logged in and see the router's main page, click the WAN button on the left panel.
On the WAN page, click the Dual WAN tab.
Click the Enable Dual WAN button to toggle it ON.
Next, follow these steps in order:
1. Find Secondary WAN and select Ethernet LAN in the first dropdown and then LAN Port 1 in the second dropdown.
2. For Dual WAN Mode, select Load Balance from the dropdown.
3. In Enable Routing rules, select Yes.
Do follow the next steps in order;
1. Under Routing rules (Max Limit : 32), key in your mall's FTP IP address in Destination IP.
2. Under WAN Unit, select Secondary WAN.
3. Under Add/Delete, click the + symbol.
Press Apply and wait for about a minute or slightly longer until the update prompts that it is complete.
Once this is completed, key in 10.1.2.1 or your router's IP on your browser's URL / web address bar and re-enter the login details.

Now that you're back on the main page (if you are not, please click on Network Map), check if you can see a box called Secondary WAN.
If you DO see the Secondary WAN box, please click on WAN and proceed to the next step.
If you DO NOT see the Secondary WAN box, please contact our Customer Support via live chat, phone call (+603 7890 2881).
Where it says WAN Type, choose Ethernet LAN from the dropdown.
Where it says WAN Connection Type, click the Automatic IP dropdown and select Static IP.
The following details to fill in should be provided to you by the mall administration.
- At the WAN IP Setting, look for IP Address and type in the Tenant IP address.
At Subnet Mask, type in the Tenant Subnet.
At Default Gateway, type in the Tenant Gateway.
- At the WAN DNS Setting, type in the Tenant Gateway in DNS Server 1.
In DNS Server 2, type in 18.104.22.168
Finally, click Apply and wait for about a minute (or slightly longer).
Once completed, just plug in the ethernet cable (provided by your mall) to your router's LAN Port 1, then test the SH connector.
