How to set up Mall Integration?
Step 1.
You'll need to obtain connection details from the mall that you're integrating with.
If you've not received it already, please request details from the mall on how to send the sales file to that mall.
This information would include:
IP address or domain
Machine/Tenant No. (the Machine/Tenant No. is the same as Username)
Password
Opening Date (obtain start date from the mall)
The information you receive from the mall will be used later:
Step 2.
Please get in touch with StoreHub's Care team to enable this setup and request for mall integration.
Once your request is verified by the team, a quotation will be issued to you stating the Mall Integration setup fee of RM250 per mall that you need to integrate with.
Step 3.
Download our SH Connector app from Apple's App Store.
Step 4.
Once the app has been downloaded to your iPad, proceed to login with your Company Domain, email and password details, then complete the setup.
If you ever need to add a new connection, simply press the top right button '+ New Connection'.
If submitting a single date:
Please make sure you have closed the day's shift on all iPads, as well as synced your sales records to your BackOffice before continuing.
Step 1.
Tap twice on today's date.
Step 2.
The file will download instantly. Below the dates, it will show 'Ready to upload'.
Step 3.
Just tap the orange 'Upload' button in 'Step 2' and you're done!
If submitting multiple dates:
Please make sure you have closed the day's shift on all iPads, as well as synced your sales records to your BackOffice before continuing.
Step 1.
Select the date range. Tap the 'begin' date and also tap the 'end' date e.g. 1st Oct and 5th Oct.
Step 2.
The file will download instantly. Below the dates, it will show 'Ready to upload'.
Step 3.
Finally, tap the orange 'Upload' button in 'Step 2' and you're done!
