A. Setup in your BackOffice
i. Go to your BackOffice > Settings > Add-Ons > SQL
ii. Choose the customer account from SQL that you want to import to, or create a customer called 'Walk-in' if you do not have any account to import to. Copy the Customer Code and save it in the SQL settings page.
iii. Do ensure you have installed the Import Program in the link below and use 'Get File 2...' in the drop down:
Choose your store and the date range, then export the sales data from the BackOffice > Add-Ons > SQL Export Sales Data page. This file will be downloaded to your computer.
On your SQL, go to File > Run > SQL Acc XLS & MDB Import.
On the 'Import' screen's top menu > Click Sales > Click '4. Invoice'.
Click on the dropdown arrow next to 'Get File...' on the top right, select 'Get File 2...'
Choose the file to import.
Tip: Filter the file type by .csv when searching in your computer's folder to find it easier.
Drag 'TAX' from 'SourceField' to 'MappedField' at the bottom right corner.
Look for the one in 'TargetField' that says 'TAX':
Click on '3. Verify':
If everything works, you will see 'Ok' under the Status:
