Introduction
Follow these steps to set up Facebook Pixel on your StoreHub Ecommerce Online Store:
Part 1 - Get a Facebook Ad Account
In order to use Facebook Pixel, you would need to have a Facebook Ad Account.
If you do not have a Facebook Ad Account yet, create one here in Facebook Business Manager.
After you have a Facebook Ad account, continue to Part 2 - Set up Facebook Pixel.
Part 2 - Set up Facebook Pixel
If you already have a Facebook Pixel set up from before, continue to Part 3 - Configure Facebook Pixel tracking in BackOffice
If you do not have a Facebook Pixel set up from before, follow the steps below:
Step 1.
Go to your Pixels tab in Events Manager:
Step 2.
Click Create a Pixel.
Step 3.
A pop-up box will appear. Update the Pixel Name and then click Create to finish creating your pixel.
Step 4.
If you see a 'Set up your Pixel' pop-up, please click Cancel and proceed to
Part 3 - Configure Facebook Pixel tracking in BackOffice.
Part 3 - Configure Facebook Pixel tracking in BackOffice
Please follow the steps below to configure Facebook Pixel tracking in your BackOffice:
Step 1.
Go to your Pixels tab in Events Manager:
Step 2.
Look for your Pixel ID on the top left corner.
Copy the Pixel ID to your clipboard by highlighting it and pressing CTRL + C on PC or Command + C on Mac:
Step 3.
In a new browser window or tab, go to the StoreHub BackOffice.
Step 4.
Go to Online Store > Store Setup > Tracking.
Step 5.
In the Facebook Pixel ID section, paste your Facebook Pixel ID in the Facebook Pixel ID field:
Step 6.
Finally, click Save!
