The minimum app version needed is Version 2.18.8.
Set up your RHB mPOS device
Step 1.
Configure your RHB mPOS device to connect to a wireless network and obtain the device's serial number, located at the back of the device.
Please ensure that in iPad > Settings > Bluetooth is ON and you have paired the device by tapping on the Serial Number of the device that is displayed.
Step 2.
Go to the StoreHub app > Settings > Payment. Ensure RHB mPOS (or similar) is toggled ON.
How to make a transaction with RHB Pay
Step 1.
Proceed to checkout your items as usual. When it's time to choose a method of payment, select either credit card or debit card as payment.
Step 2.
Once you select either a credit card or debit card as payment, a list of Bluetooth devices will pop up. One of the entries in the list will be the payment terminal’s serial number.
Step 3.
Tap on the serial number when it appears on the iPad Register and the device / payment terminal will display the total amount.
You would need to select Option #1 (press number 1 on the device's number pad) for 'Normal'.
Then, tap the card to the device's screen (if the card supports PayWave), as per the photo example below:
Step 4.
Once the payment goes through, the transaction will complete as usual.
Cancellations
If you cancel the transaction from the device's red 'X' button, an 'ABORT' error message will appear on the iPad Register screen. Press 'OK' to dismiss.
