Integrate Facebook Chat
Here’s how to get started:
From your BackOffice, head to Online Store > Store Setup > Store Contact.
Where it says Facebook Page ID, there will be a slider called Enable Facebook Chat. Be sure to click to toggle it on (orange).
Below the Facebook URL field, you’ll see Facebook Page ID, Facebook Language and Facebook Greeting Message.
How to find your Facebook Page ID
Your Facebook Page ID can be found by going to your business’ Facebook page (you must already have a Facebook page to proceed). On your business’ Facebook page, click the About button.
Scroll to the bottom of the Facebook page and you should see the Facebook Page ID.
From your Facebook page, click on the "Settings" button on the top right.
On the left navigation panel, look for "Messenger platform" and click on it.
Under Advanced Messaging > Whitelisted domains, put in your store's URL, i.e. https://yourstore.storehub.me/
If you have a custom domain, you will need to also include your custom URL, i.e. https://yourstore.com/
