1. How can my customers pay for items purchased on my Online Store?
i. Payment Methods
StoreHub currently supports FOUR (4) payment methods your customers can use to make purchases, which are Online Banking, Cards payment, Boost & Touch'n Go eWallet.
There is a payment gateway fee of RM0.70 for Online Banking, 1.5% for eWallets, and 1.8% for Credit Card.

ii. Payout Frequency
The frequency/timing of the payout will be every week.
2. How much does StoreHub charge for having an Online Store?
5% for users of the Lite or Small Plan
2% for users of the Advanced Plan
0.5% for users of the Pro Plan

3. How to Get Started (Merchant)
All the payment methods above are enabled by default. You only need to setup your Bank Account in order to receive the payout for sales you made online.
