StoreHub has entered the world of Ecommerce and launched its very own Ecommerce platform for you to take your business online! To get started with your Online Store, read on!
Enable Online Store
The first step is to Enable the Online Store. This can be done in the BackOffice via:
- Online Store setup checklist
- Account Settings
Enable Online Store via Online Store Checklist
Go to your BackOffice > Online Store, click on "Setup your store now".
Follow the steps in the guide to enable and publish your online store.
Enable Online Store Via Account Settings
Go to your BackOffice > Settings > Account > Scroll down to Danger Zone.
Click 'Enable' at Enable Online Store when you’re ready.
Confirm this action by typing in ONLINE (all capital letters) when the popup appears:
Tip: Similarly, if you won't be using the Online Store feature, you can also disable it at any time by returning to the Danger Zone > Press 'Disable' at Disable Online Store > Confirm this action by typing in DISABLE (all capital letters) in the popup that appears.
Publish Online Store
To publish your Online Store:
Head to BackOffice > Settings > Account > Danger Zone > Publish Online Store (it's below the 'Disable Online Store' section (you will only see Publish Online Store if you have previously clicked Enabled Online Store).
To confirm, please type in PUBLISH (in capital letters) in the text field and then click 'Publish'
Note: If you wish to hide your Online Store temporarily, go to BackOffice > Settings > Account > Danger Zone > press the Unpublish button and type in UNPUBLISH (in capital letters) and then press Unpublish for the changes to be saved.
