To fulfil the orders, you're going to need to specify which Stores are to have the ability to sell your items as an Online Store, whether they're for delivery and pickup (or both) and to create shipping zones.
You may have done this part already when you enabled your Online Store, so feel free to skip this fulfilment section.

Choose which Stores can 'Sell Online'
You may have enabled your Online Store, but you still need to choose an Online Store and specify whether it can provide the ability for Delivery, In-Store Pickup, or both.
From your BackOffice, head to Settings > Stores > click the store you'd like to make online sales from.
Go to your BackOffice > Settings > Stores > click the store that you want to make online sales from.
Choose whether the store is to offer Delivery and/or In-store Pickup by clicking the dropdown and selecting the options (it will have a tick icon when selected) until you see it says Delivery, In-store Pickup or both:

You're able to set up different shipping fees for different areas in the country. You’ll first need to create a zone, select a list of areas covered in the zone, and then specify the shipping cost to the zone.
In your BackOffice > go to Online Store > Store Setup > Shipping:
Click + Add Shipping Zone, fill in the fields and Save.
Tip: If you select Free Shipping, you can leave the Rate Amount field empty.
