Introduction
You can specify which stores are to have the ability to sell your items as an Online Store, whether they're for delivery and pickup (or both).
You may have done this part already when you enabled your Online Store, so feel free to skip this fulfilment section if you have done so.

Choose which Stores can 'Sell Online'
You may have enabled your Online Store, but you still need to choose an Online Store and specify whether it can provide the ability for Delivery, In-Store Pickup, or both.
Step 1.
From your BackOffice, head to Settings > Stores > click the store you'd like to make online sales from.
Step 2.
Click the Sell Online tab > tick the 'Sell this store's inventory online' checkbox.
Step 3.
Finally, click Save.
Fulfilment method (Delivery or Pickup)
Step 1:
Go to your BackOffice > Settings > Stores > click the store that you want to make online sales from.
Step 2:
In the Sell Online tab, choose whether the store is to offer Delivery and/or In-store Pickup by clicking the dropdown and selecting the options (it will have a tick icon when selected) until you see it says Delivery, In-store Pickup or both:
Note: Be sure to setup 'Shipping Zone' if you're intended to fulfill online orders via delivery. The dedicated guide for this feature can be found in the Shipping Zone article.
Email Notification for Online Orders
You can also set the email address you want to receive updates for Online Orders. By default, it automatically goes to the main email address used during the StoreHub account creation.
Why do I need this?
- You want a dedicated person/team to handle online orders (other than the owner).
- You have more than 1 physical store which can handle online orders, and you want each store to focus on orders in their own store.
Simply enter the email address in the text field and email notifications for any Online Orders of this store will be sent to that email address.
To select what notification to receive, check/uncheck the options:
New Order - Paid | When an online order is fully paid. |
New Order - Pending Payment | When a customer has uploaded proof of payment for an online order which was checkout via offline payment method. |
New Order - Pending Payment Verification | When a customer has placed an online order which was checkout via offline payment method. |
