While you're in the same place, if your business has an online presence on social media sites, you can add your Twitter, Google+, WhatsApp, Facebook, Line, Viber and YouTube username/handle in their respective fields.
These social media usernames/handles will display at the footer (at the bottom) of your Online Store page:
- Facebook Chat Integration
Your customers can chat with you from your Online Store and you can manage the conversations from your Facebook page account.
Here's how to enable the integration:
From your BackOffice, head to Online Store > Store Setup > Store Contact.
Where it says Facebook there will be a slider below at Enable Facebook Chat. Be sure to toggle it ON.
