Let your customers know how to contact your store using the right channels and make it easier for them to follow you on your social media accounts!

In BackOffice > Online Store > Store Setup > 'Store Contact', add in your store name and the description of what your store's all about in the 'About Store' section.
- Social Media Links
While you're in the same place, if your business has an online presence on social media sites, you can add your Twitter, Google+, WhatsApp, Facebook and YouTube account details in the respective fields.
These social media links will display at the footer (at the bottom) of your Online Store page:
- Facebook Chat Integration
Your customers can chat with you from your Online Store and you can manage the conversations from your Facebook page account.
Here's how to enable the integration:
From your BackOffice, head to Online Store > Store Setup > Store Contact.
Where it says Facebook URL, there will be a checkbox on the right called Enable Facebook Chat. Be sure to tick this box.
Below the Facebook URL field, you’ll see Facebook Page ID, Facebook Language and Facebook Greeting Message.
