Let your customers know how to contact your store using the right channels and make it easier for them to follow you on your social media accounts!

- Adding a map location of your address
If you'd like to add in your address and show a map location to your store, you can go to BackOffice > Online Store > Web Pages > Create Web Page > Use Code View and paste the embedded HTML from Google Maps after searching for your exact store address.
Here are the steps:
Go to https://www.google.com/maps and search for your exact store location.
Click the Share icon.
Click on Embed a Map
Click on Copy HTML.
Go to Online Store > Store Setup > Web Pages > Choose your Web Page (e.g. you can call it 'Our Location').
Click on Code View > Paste the HTML in the black-coloured section and then click Save & Publish!
- Social Media Username/Handle
While you're in the same place, add in your store's email address, phone number(s) and contact hours.
If your business has an online presence on social media sites, you can add your Twitter, WhatsApp, Facebook, Line, Viber and YouTube username/handle in their respective fields.
These social media usernames/handles will display at the footer (at the bottom) of your Online Store page:
- Facebook Chat Integration
Your customers can chat with you from your Online Store and you can manage the conversations from your Facebook page account.
Here's how to enable the integration:
From your BackOffice, head to Online Store > Store Setup > Store Contact.
Where it says Facebook there will be a slider below at Enable Facebook Chat. Be sure to toggle it ON.
