To use the Number of Pax feature (allowing you to track diners/customers), your first step is to enable the Number of Pax settings, which is found in the BackOffice.
Enable Number of Pax in BackOffice
Go to the BackOffice > Settings > Scroll to the F&B Section > Enable Pax:
Select Yes, then Save.
Use Number of Pax on the StoreHub app
Log in to the StoreHub app using your unique 4-digit PIN and sync the iPad if it doesn't do so automatically.
Select the items that your customer wants.
Tap on the shortcut menu on the right.
Tap Save Order.
Enter your order name or number, and the Number of Pax, and tap Save. Your order and Number of Pax are now saved!
The Table number and Pax will be shown on the kitchen docket when you save an order.
TIP: If you use ‘Save Order’ regularly, we suggest that you turn on the Open Orders Shortcut to speed up your ordering process. At the Menu > Settings > General, toggle ‘Open Orders Shortcut’ ON.
Number of Pax Report (in the Daily Sales Report)
To analyze your number of pax reports, go to:
BackOffice > Reports > Sales > Daily Sales.
You should see the 'Total Pax' and Spend/Pax on the rightmost columns.
Total amount of pax recorded for the selected store and time period.
Spend / Pax:
Average spending per pax for the selected store and time period.
