A Pre-Order that is not collected cannot be cancelled as it is not a complete transaction.
If you need to cancel a Pre-Order, you must first complete the transaction by collecting the Pre-Order.
How to Cancel a Pre-Order
Before you start, take a look at the Pre-Order that you need to cancel. You can view the Pre-Order at the 'Transactions' page.
If the Pre-Order has not been collected, you will not see the option to cancel.
Collect the Pre-Order to complete the transaction.
You may refer to the steps in this article to collect the Pre-Order.
Go to 'Transactions' page, look for the Pre-Order that you have collected.
Press 'CANCEL TRANSACTION', then tap 'OK' from the pop-up warning.
Pick a cancellation reason from the suggestions, or tap 'Other' to key in the reason on your own.
Once done, press 'CONFIRM'.
The Pre-Order has been successfully cancelled.
