You will be notified via a push notification whenever there is an update for the StoreHub POS app, which is installed in your Android device.
Below is an example push notification for StoreHub POS app update.
However, we cannot rule out the possibility that the app sometimes cannot send push notification for update due to system error.
If you happened to encounter such situation, here's what you can do to resolve the issue:
- Force close, then re-launch StoreHub POS app; or
- Restart your Android device; or
- Close the current shift or open a new shift
If none of the above worked, you may contact our Customer Care team for the APK link to install the latest StoreHub POS app.
Once you have gotten the APK link from our Customer Care team, please complete the following steps.
Download Google Chrome app for your Android device.
Launch Google Chrome app, then open a new tab to sign into your email (e.g. Gmail, Hotmail, etc.).
Open the email consists of the wetransfer.apk file that our Customer Care team sent to you.
Note: Do not download the APK file from apps other than Google Chrome.
Download, save, and then run the APK file.
The update should be completed by now.
