Accessing Live Chat in the Beep App
In the Beep app, go to Order History.
Tap to view the order.
Tap 'Need Help?'
Start a chat with StoreHub's Logistics team.
If your customers tried contacting our Logistics team outside of our operating hours, they will receive a notification from the chat bot, and their enquiry will be attended as soon as the team is back on duty.
