Cancel a Pre-Order
If you want another Pre-Order, simply make another new Pre-Order! Do note that you can only make Pre-Orders, Pick Up and cancel Pre-Orders on your iPad register, and not in the BackOffice.
1. Tap on the shortcut menu on the right.
2. Select ‘Pre-Order’, and choose ‘Pick Up’.
3. Select the pre-order to pick up by searching the receipt number or customer name.
4. To pay, tap on the full amount.
5. Choose the payment method, and the amount tendered.
6. You have now completed the pick up!
7. Now, let's cancel this transaction. Tap on the menu on the left hand side. Select ‘Transactions’.
8. Search for the transaction that needs to be canceled. Check that the details of the transaction are correct.
9. Tap on ‘Cancel Transaction’.
10. A warning message will pop out to let you know that action cannot be undone. Select ‘Yes’ to confirm the cancellation.
11. You will now see that the transaction has been cancelled.
