If your printer is printing multiple kitchen dockets or printing black receipts, it's likely a network issue.
Don't worry, do try these troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue:
Forget your store's WiFi network in iPad > Settings > WiFi > Press the blue (i) icon and tap Forget this Network.
Restart your iPad by pressing the smaller top button and the round home button together and keep holding until the Apple logo appears.
Turn OFF your StoreHub router (and the store's internet router if you have one).
Turn OFF your printer(s).
Turn ON the router(s) first > then turn ON your printer(s). You must do this in sequence.
Connect to the WiFi network on iPad > Settings > WiFi. Select the 'StoreHubCloudPOS' WiFi if you're using the StoreHub ASUS router.
Search for your printer on the StoreHub App > tap the printer name when it appears > toggle ON the virtual printer for that particular printer, such as Bar/Kitchen if you have them.
Do a print test receipt and you should be good to go!
