If your printer is printing multiple kitchen dockets or black receipts, it is likely due to a network issue.
Don't worry; do try these troubleshooting steps instead. Do note that you must follow the sequence as below:
Forget your store's WiFi network on the iPad > Settings > WiFi > Press the blue (i) icon and tap Forget this Network.
Restart your iPad by pressing the smaller top button and the circular Home button together and keep holding them until the Apple logo appears.
Turn OFF your StoreHub router (and the store's internet router if you have one).
Turn OFF your printer(s).
Turn ON the router(s) first > then turn ON your printer(s).
Connect to the WiFi network on iPad > Settings > WiFi. Select the 'StoreHubCloudPOS' WiFi if you're using the StoreHub ASUS router.
Search for your printer on the StoreHub app > tap the printer name when it appears > toggle ON the virtual printer for that particular printer, such as Bar/Kitchen if you have them.
Print a test receipt and you should be good to go!
