If you're having difficulty connecting your iPad to your Star Micronics Bluetooth printer, do try following the steps below.
Reconnect Star Micronics Bluetooth Printers
Go to the iPad's Settings > Bluetooth > Tap the blue ( i ) icon next to the device name and then 'Forget This Device'.
Force quit the StoreHub app by double-tapping the circular Home Button on the iPad and swipe the StoreHub app upwards.
Next, restart the iPad by holding down the power button, then swipe to turn off.
Turn off your printer(s).
Go back to the Bluetooth page in the iPad's Settings, then pair your printers again (hold the PAIR button on the printer and when the light at the back is BLUE, tap the name of the printer when it appears on the iPad).
Once it says 'Connected', search for Printer on the StoreHub app > when the printer name appears, tap it and toggle the printers ON accordingly, then press 'Print Test Receipt' and you're good to go!
