If you're having difficulty connecting your iPad to the Bluetooth printer, please try following the steps below!
Go to the iPad settings page > Bluetooth > Tap the (i) button next to the device name and then 'Forget This Device'.
Quit the StoreHub App by double-tapping the Home Button and swiping the StoreHub app upwards > Restart the iPad.
Turn off your printer(s).
Back on the Bluetooth iPad settings page, pair your printers again (hold the PAIR button on the printer and when the light at the back is blue, tap the name of the printer when it appears on the iPad).
Once it says 'Connected', search for Printer on the StoreHub App > when the printer name appears, tap it and toggle the printers ON accordingly, then press 'Print Test Receipt' and you're good to go!
