If you find your Star TSP143 LAN receipt printer isn't connecting to the StoreHub app and requires a reset to get the printer fresh for use again, here's how:
Reset the Star TSP143 LAN Printer
Open the cover (the lid) of the Star TSP143 Printer. It's the same cover you open to put in the paper rolls.
Press and hold the Feed Button while the cover of the printer is still open until both lights flash RED and BLUE, then release the Feed Button.
The printer should now be reset and you're ready to connect it to your StoreHub app.
