If you can't find the Sales amount on your dashboard, don't fret! This article will help you, take a look at the following checklist and ensure you've tried them all.
i) Sync Your iPad Register
Check if you have an internet connection on the iPad and try to Sync your iPad.
Log in to your StoreHub app using your 4-digit PIN.
Tap on the menu button on the left.
Tap Sync. Your app is now updated with the changes.
ii) Check iPad Timezone
On the iPad, head to the iPad's Settings > General > Date & Time > make sure it's set to 'Set Automatically'.
iii) StoreHub App Version
Ensure you have the latest version of the StoreHub app installed on your iPad by going to the StoreHub app > Settings > Look at the bottom left corner.
You can check your iPad's App Store and look under 'Updates' or search for the 'StoreHub' app and then press Update if there is an update available.
